Please follow the format. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf or .doc) will be accepted.All submissions must be more than 4 less than 12 pages in length. Otherwise, if your paper exceeds 6 pages in length, you have to pay for the additional pages (from page 7).All submitted articles should report original, experimental or theoretical, previously unpublished research results. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be unpublished elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the format of the conference and are both reviewed and edited.
